Coach

Flexible working

Wellness coaching is the collaboration between the coach and the client to achieve goals.

Our coaches are fully qualified and registered Occupational Therapists, who are trained to maximize performance, function and quality of life across an individual's lifespan, by helping them engage with occupations that enhance their overall health and well-being.

They help their clients achieve their goals by working with an individual's strengths and values in creating plans for a long-term wellness strategy. They are also key motivators in helping their clients stay on track as they make lifestyle changes.

Private GP

Flexible working

Our aim is to provide a private GP service, to allow our clients to benefit from inhouse health services as and when needed. Our general practitioners are core designing our health and wellness pathways. All our practitioners are GMC registered and maintain the required regulatory compliances.

At Jora we pride ourselves on providing a more citizen centric, holistic, and flexible service to all our clients. Patients are treated as individuals and are offered the appropriate time for a full assessment of their healthcare needs.

Our consultations are done virtually or at our clinic.

Specialists

Flexible working

We have an expanding register of specialists who are skilled in the health and wellness spectrum. All of our specialists are vetted and further trained to deliver key pre-defined outcomes. They all adhere to the Jora Code of Conduct and Principles.

Our health specialists provide a wide range of expertise in managing chronic diseases to acute illnesses. They provide ad-hoc consultations to chronic disease management programmes. They utilise the infrastructure and process to deliver a personalised service to clients, which they often cannot provide in their regular practice.

The consultation and investigations are purely on an ambulatory basis, Jora does not provide any in-patient services. A non-exhaustive example of roles include; diabetologist, endocrinologist, pulmonologist, cardiologists, dermatologists, rheumatologists etc.

Our wellness specialists provide evidence-based interventions as part of our client centered and holistic well-being plan for each citizen. The multi-disciplinary team includes roles such as a yoga teacher, psychologists, occupational therapists (coaches), nutritionists and more.
